The apartment, entirely available to guests, offers a fully furnished kitchen equipped with a combined fridge, gas hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and moka; the two bedrooms can accommodate up to 4 people plus a cot (available on request) and have a large wardrobe and numerous rooms for personal effects; the bathroom has a tub/shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer and courtesy kit, in the dressing room there is a washing machine.
In the spring and summer, air conditioning is active, and there is a unit in each room. A sofa, a table with four chairs and an LCD TV complete the living area. Free high-speed Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the apartment.
Bed linen and towels are included for each guest. For stays exceeding 7/10 days we recommend a cleaning service and extra linen change (optional, for a fee).
Easily reachable by bus or underground from Termini station in Rome: the bus 714 reaches in 5 stops (San Giovanni stop) Via dell'Amba Aradam, at 200 mt. from the apartment, while the San Giovanni stop of the Metro A (red) line is about 8 minutes on foot.
Shuttle service is available to and from the two airports, Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci and Ciampino. The service must be booked at least 5 days in advance on the date of arrival.
Registered at the Municipality of Rome with license no. QA/2015/19698, Aliflora is located in Rione Monti, in Via Laterani 28, behind the famous cathedral of Rome, the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano. The apartment is on the second floor, accessible by elevator or stairs, where windows and balconies overlooking two sides.
It consists of two bright bedrooms, a bathroom with a hallway and a living room with open kitchen. It equipped with amenities for a pleasant stay in the capital. Heating in winter adjustable in every room and air conditioning in summer. And finally, a small balcony to enjoy the cool in summer when the evenings.
Even those who stay in Rome in a holiday home are required to pay the tourist tax imposed by the Municipality. The fee is € 3.50 per person per day (for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights in the same accommodation) and must be paid upon arrival. Children under 10 years of age, sick and a carer for sick people, parents of patients under 18, state police personnel and other armed forces are excluded from the payment.
